Rates
$130 per 50-minute session.
Insurance
As of January 1, 2018 I will no longer be on Insurance Panels and be considered an Out of Network Provider. Your Insurance Plan may reimburse you for Out of Network Providers. I am currently on several insurance panels until December 31 2017: Aetna, Blue Shield of California, CIGNA, Magellan, Aetna EAP, Horizon EAP. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.e Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
I accept checks or cash payments at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
